Please read these rules carefully before using the 27bet platform. By opening an account or using any service on the platform, you agree to abide by these terms.
1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on 27bet, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements. Anyone who does not meet these requirements is not permitted to create an account.
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate in all casino and betting activities on 27bet is 21 years. We strictly prohibit minors from taking part in any gambling or betting activities. If a user opens an account using false age information, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, those accounts will be treated as duplicates. Such violations may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, users must provide their correct name, age, mobile number, and payment details. Opening an account with false or fabricated information will be considered a breach of these Terms, and 27bet will not be held responsible for any issues arising during withdrawal verification.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. If you share this information with anyone else, you will bear full responsibility for any resulting loss. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 27bet support team immediately.
3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
27bet offers deposit and withdrawal facilities through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. All transactions are completed through secure, encrypted channels.
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. After making a deposit, it may normally take a few minutes for the balance to appear in your account.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a successful request, withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
3.3 Verification Process
For large withdrawal amounts or for security reasons, 27bet may verify a user's identity. Withdrawal processing may be held until verification is complete.
3.4 Responsibility for Funds in Account
Funds held in a user's account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity, 27bet may suspend the relevant account for investigation.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
27bet runs various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Eligibility conditions must be met to receive this bonus. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — making their total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (i.e. ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000).
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used in approved games and betting sections.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
- If unusual betting patterns are detected in connection with any bonus, 27bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the relevant promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
4.3 VIP Cashback
The 27bet VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is given at a set rate based on net losses each week. For example, a Gold tier member who suffers a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Cashback is added to the account automatically and its own wagering conditions apply.
5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
All games on the 27bet platform are run fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every round completely independent and unbiased.
5.1 Finality of Game Results
Once a game round or bet has been settled, the result cannot be changed unless a technical error is proven. If a round remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 27bet will make a decision after investigation.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Using software bots, automation scripts, or any third-party tools to play games.
- Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs for an advantage.
- Coordinating with other users to artificially influence outcomes.
- Any form of fraudulent activity.
5.3 Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, 27bet sets its own rules for each sporting event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of that bet will follow 27bet's established policy. In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was accepted are final.
6 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy
27bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Extended inactivity of the account.
- At the user's own request.
8.1 Forfeiture Policy
If fraudulent activity is proven, all deposited and earned funds in the relevant account may be forfeited. For regular users, an opportunity to withdraw the balance will be given before the account is closed.
9 Limitation of Liability
Services on the 27bet platform are provided on an "as is" basis. Services must be used without any guarantee of suitability for a particular purpose.
9.1 Technical Failures

11.1 Effect of Changes
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may request that their account be closed.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
11.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the separate terms for specific services together form the entire agreement between 27bet and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by these Terms.
